A: Great question- PAM is an acronym standing for Pat And Mike, the owners.

Q: What forms of payment does PAM’s Auto accepted?
A: We accept the following forms of payment: cash, credit/debit card, PayPal, wire transfer, money order, Western Union and certified bank check.

Q: Does PAM’s Auto accept credit cards?
A: We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards including-Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q: Does PAM’s Auto accept checks?
A: We no longer accept personal or business checks without an approved credit or check application on file. Approval takes two or three business days and is available for commercial business accounts only.

Q: Does PAM’s Auto ship auto body parts?
A: Yes we ship a variety of auto body parts including fenders, doors, bumpers/fascias, hoods, and body cuts. All doors, bumpers/fascias, hoods, and body cuts are shipped via freight truck.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: PAM’s Auto can easily provide you the tracking number for your shipment via email or simply call back to PAM’s Auto sales staff.

Q: Does PAM’s Auto provide installation?
A: Currently, we do not provide installation of auto parts. We can however, offer recommendations of auto repair shops in your area.

Q: How does PAM’s Auto "LIFETIME WARRANTY" work?
A: 50 Common parts are covered by our exclusive lifetime warranty for original purchaser. Warranties must be registered to be valid. Warranty is limited to part replacement only, replacement installation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The warranty does not including shipping charges. Q: Does PAM’s Auto permit customers to enter our yard and pull the parts themselves?
A: No. Our multi-point inspection process will give you an accurate grading of our parts but safety regulations restrict customers from removing parts in the yard.
