PAM’s Auto reserves the right to replace any defective parts. When replacing a defective electrical part, only one replacement will be given. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. PAM’s Auto will accept a return on a returnable part if the following conditions are met.
1. The part bears the identifying mark which appears on all of PAM’s Auto’s merchandise.
2. The part has not been altered, modified, disassembled, overheated or damaged.
3. The part has not been installed.
4. The customer has their original invoice.
5. The part is not special order.
6. The part is not a custom body cut.
All returns will be in the form of an in-store credit. A credit memo will be issued and the memo must be presented to obtain credit. All Credit Memos expire one year form the date of issuance.
Regardless of reason for return, the customer is responsible for freight to return the part to PAM's Auto.
