Returns

PAM’s Auto reserves the right to replace any defective parts. When replacing a defective electrical part, only one replacement will be given. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. PAM’s Auto will issue a refund on a part only if the following conditions are met.

1. The part bears the identifying mark which appears on all of PAM’s Auto’s merchandise.
2. The part has not been altered, modified, disassembled, overheated or damaged.
3. The part has not been installed.
4. The customer has their original invoice.
5. The part is not a special order.
6. The part is not a custom body cut.
7. The part is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
8. The Part is not removed from tamper-proof inspection bag.
9. All expedited and air shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds will be in the form of the original payment. If the original payment is made in cash, a refund check will be issued. If your order was delivered to you, PAM's Auto will pickup your return within two business days or your next normal delivery date, but that will not exceed 10 days. Please have your part return to return when you submit your request.

Once your part is received at PAM's Auto we will process your return within 4 days and if a credit is due PAM's Auto will issue a refund in the same manner that you originally paid. If the refund is for cash and over $100 we will issue a check to the name on your invoice.
