This warranty does not apply to any Parts installed on commercial vehicles.

You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Additional Terms and Limitations:

• To make a claim, you must provide satisfactory proof of purchase from PAM’s Auto and show sufficient documentation that the Part was properly prepped, painted (when necessary), and installed per OEM requirements.

• PAM’s Auto will make the final determination as to the cause of the Part failure, no other party’s opinion shall override PAM’s Auto’s decision, and this decision will determine the validity of your warranty claim.

• Reimbursement of any installation labor under a claim hereunder, must be pre-approved by PAM’s Auto.

• Parts used to repair or replace a Part may be new or rebuilt or non-original manufacturer’s parts, at our sole option.

• Parts and services covered during an original manufacturer’s warranty period are the responsibility of the original manufacturer.

• Our warranty does not cover labor or services for nonessential component parts, including without limitation, knobs, handles, or cosmetic parts.

• For any single claim, our limit of warranty is the lesser of the cost of (a) authorized repairs, (b) replacement with a product with similar features, (c) reimbursement for authorized repairs or replacement or (d) the price of a comparable product.
