PAM's Auto is currently seeking to add full-time permanent positions to our Inside Sales Team. This is a 1st shift position Monday-Friday, have your weekends off! Our Inside Sales Team plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. About PAM's Auto:

PAM's Auto is a 25-year-old automotive parts distributor specializing in recycled, new aftermarket, surplus, and remanufactured products. Recycling operations consist of processing vehicles that have been considered a total loss through an insurance claim. Our inventory consists of late-model import and domestic car and truck parts.

In the spring of 2017, PAM’s Auto became the first automotive recycler in the nation to receive NSF certification for our recycling operations. NSF International’s automotive recycler certification provides independent third-party confirmation that automotive recyclers meet federal, state, and local recycler requirements. PAM’s Auto also met the additional certification requirements for dismantling, stocking, sales, delivery, and customer service.

In addition to earning NSF International recycler certification, PAM’s Auto also earned NSF International automotive parts distributor certification, meeting requirements in quality and customer service, business liability insurance, traceability, inventory tracking and recall procedures.

Automotive Inside Sales Position Requirements:

  • Attention to Safety
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Post Graduate Education is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Customer Service Experience

  • Extensive understanding of computers and technology

Automotive Inside Sales Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales in a fast paced work environment. These sales are captured multiple ways. Examples of these are: retail customers, various electronic selling platforms, body shops, insurance companies, and mechanical shops.

The candidate is also responsible for marketing call back resolution. This is a follow up phone call made to potential customers following a visit from our outside marketing team. This follow up call helps to promote not only the company as a whole, but also helps to assist the salesperson in growing their own personal customer base.

This position requires a high attention to detail and advanced understanding of computers and technology. The potential candidate must be self motivated with a goal oriented focus.

Main tasks for Automotive Inside Sales Staff:

  • Maintain required weekly sales expectations
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute
  • Ability to multi-task and time management skills
  • Ability to work and relate to a wide variety of customers
  • Maintain timely communication with customers
  • Provide positive problem resolution with customers. Ensure accurate record of resolution.
  • Ensure customer order accuracy
  • Follow up on outside marketing call backs
