Automotive Inside Sales Position


The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales in a fast paced work environment. These sales are captured multiple ways. Examples of these are: retail customers, various electronic selling platforms, body shops, insurance companies, and mechanical shops.

The candidate is also responsible for marketing call back resolution. This is a follow up phone call made to potential customers following a visit from our outside marketing team. This follow up call helps to promote not only the company as a whole, but also helps to assist the salesperson in growing their own personal customer base.

This position requires a high attention to detail and advanced understanding of computers and technology. The potential candidate must be self-motivated with a goal oriented focus.

Our Inside Sales Team plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality part as described with the highest level of customer service. PAM's Auto is an automotive parts distributor specializing in recycled, new aftermarket, new surplus, and remanufactured parts. Recycling operations consist of processing vehicles that have been considered a total loss through an insurance claim. Our recycled inventory consists of late-model import and domestic car and truck parts. Automotive Inside Sales Position Requirements:

• Attention to Safety
• Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Post Graduate Education is preferred
• Minimum 5 years sales experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Automotive Experience
• Extensive understanding of computers and technology
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Positive, Professional Attitude
• Attention do detail
• Team Player
• Current, valid MN driver's license
